常见问题

1. 需要安装什么程序吗？

不，什么都不需要安装，成绩单是一个网站服务，你只需要在我们为贵校完成配置之后，登陆相应的网址即可使用。

常见的浏览器都能够使用，例如IE，搜狗，火狐，谷歌等等。你还可用Ipad等平板电脑访问系统。

 

2. 在这个系统里怎样做一次成绩分析？我需要把分析结果转发给相关老师和学生吗？

在成绩单系统中，教师可以“创建”一次考试，填入考试的基本信息，然后把原始分excel文件上传，从已经配置好的分析册模版中选择一个，如有需要还可用临时调整一些参数，然后点击"分析"就可以了。分析完毕以后可看到分析结果，如果觉得结果正常，就点击“发布"，和本次考试相关的老师和学生就会收到通知，通知里面会有分析结果的页面链接。老师可看到全部分析结果，而学生只会看到和本人相关的数据分析。

如果你发现分析结果有问题，或原始分有改动，则只需要上传正确的原始分文件，再点击分析和发布就可以了，所有的相关师生会收到更新的通知。这种变更改动在成绩单系统中非常的简单，不用像excel那样需要重新再做一次费力的手工分析、再打印、再分发张贴。

 

3. 分析结果可以打印成分析册吗？

是的，每个分析结果有相应的PDF文件格式的打印版，已经做好了排版，把一些不必要的图也略去，您下载后可直接打印，并装订成为用于年级成绩分析会的分析册，不需要再费力去调整每页排版了。而诸如全级排名、进退步名单、优生名单等可能数十页的表格，我们另外提供excel版可供下载，按实际贴榜需要再调整打印。

 

4. 对上传的原始分文件有什么要求吗？

以excel文件提供以下名称的数据列就可以了：姓名、学号、语文、数学、英语、物理、化学、生物、政治、历史、地理。

科目的顺序可以变动，名称保证正确就可以。对于已经分班的情况，文理科的学生使用同一页表，文科生把理科科目留空，理科生反之亦然。

对于某个学生缺考的科目，留空即可，无需填0。学生所属班号由系统后台配置，无需在每次考试的原始分表中提供。

 

5. 支持文理科和多层次分班吗？

是的，完全支持文理科分班，也支持在一个年级内分不同层次的特色班。分析结果会对各自范围内的数据进行统计，符合各种大型高中里的实际教学管理需求。

 

6. 只提供原始分，系统是怎么知道该怎么按班级情况分析的呢？

系统后台提供了对学生账号的管理功能，提供了对年级进行分班、升级、毕业功能，提供了文理科及特色班属性、各班级任教教师信息的配置功能，只需要管理员按学校实际的情况进行了配置，并对学生教师的异动情况做对应的系统操作，就能够保证系统的信息正确性，一般教师在成绩分析时无需再提供和配置这些信息，只需要提供原始分就可以了。这不但减少了一般教师的信息维护负担，还大大提供了信息的准确性和一致性。

7. 在线查看成绩是任何人都可以看到吗？

每个学生和老师都会有自己的账号密码，老师登陆后可以看到完整的成绩分析结果，学生只会看到本人的。而任何校外人士则不能查看到任何信息。
